WHAT'S NEW
Version 2.21.02:
  • The expressions accompanying the dates are exported in a gedcom in order to be able to find their place at the time of the importation of this file by ohmiGene.
  • The day of an exact date is displayed in front of this one: Su 17 august 1732.
  • The siblings is henceforth brought up to date as soon as a change (sex, birth, death) is made on the active person.
  • In the case of multiple unions, according to the setting made in preferences, one can display all the children of the active person.
  • Normal notes are back and replace the note in RTF.

    IWASNEVERHERE  I found this program to be overly complicated. Not so much that you cannot figure it out by playing with it long enough, but it could be much simpler. There are too many small icons that are hard to figure out what they mean, and it took a while for me to figure out how to create a family union with offspring, etc.

    That being said, it is free, so if you need a free family tree program, it's worth looking at.

    I recently started researching my family tree, and so far the best program I have found is MacFamilyTree. Although it's not free, I believe the interface is very simple and powerful.  (Version 0.99.74)
