DESCRIPTION
PosteRazor cuts a raster image into pieces which can afterwards be printed out and assembled to a poster.

As input, the PosteRazor takes a raster image. The resulting poster is saved as a multipage PDF document. An easy to use, wizard like user interface guides through 5 steps.

WHAT'S NEW
Version 1.5 speaks a new language: Brazilian Portuguese. The binary packages bring a more native user experience (Installer on Win32, Universal Binary on OSX). Two critical crash bugs were fixed.

Changes:

  • Added: Brazilian Portuguese translation by Ederson Gomes dos Santos
  • Fixed: Startup problem on some Windows systems seems to be gone
  • Fixed: A crash on some Leopard systems after image loading is gone
  • Changed: PosteRazors binary Mac OS X package is now a Universal binary
  • Changed: Upgraded Fltk used for Mac OS X package to version 1.1.9
  • Changed: Upgraded FreeImage to version 3.10
  • Changed: Switched license from GPL v2 to GPL v3

    JACKWEB  oh wow! This is a little like the Rasterbator! They have that available as a standalone program in windows, and I'm so happy I found this program for mac :)

    I'm assuming it'll work similarly.  (Version 1.2)

    OSIMP  A reset (to Step 1) button would be useful, but this is an absolutely elegant application.  (Version 1.1)

    IDISC  Wonderful little application. It does better than I expected.

    Cut marks added would even better. Would like to see that in the next update.  (Version 1.1)
