PCHARLES67  What kind of company quotes 30 Euro for an application and then tells you "Oh! There is also a 20 euro handling fee?" Just be honest and charge for the application instead of lying to your customers.

GIUBAL  PCharles, who has written the previous review, doesn't know what he's writing about. iNMR reader is a product for Universities. When they order, they seldom buy spare copies; they order, for exmple, packages of five, ten or twenty copies (or whichever figure). A package of ten copies costs (30 x 10) + 20 = 320 euro, which means a mere 32 euro per copy. Consider that it's not shareware, it's an industrial product. Each sale is invoiced, registered, taxed, etc.. each transaction has a cost. Sometimes they pay after months (and maybe the letter of a lawyer).

It's perfectly regular that the company discourages the smallest orders or, at least, tries not to lose money with them. The price scheme of iNMR reader allows the customer to buy how many copies she needs (not just pre-packaged sets). For example, 9 copies would cost 290 euro: she's not forced nor lured to buy the 10th copy that she needn't. Does PCharles prefer a price tag of 50 euro?

GIUBAL  No customer ever has received a quotation stating "30 euro". We never ever wrote that figure inside a quotation.

JB72  iNMR is an excellent package for NMR processing that runs natively under OS X. The processing is rapid and straightforward, and has a simple menu system with a number of useful keyboard shortcuts. It's a particularly good solution for someone who works with a lot of NMR spectra but is not necessarily a full-time spectroscopist and does not want to have to deal with something like nmrpipe. The best feature is the development support - based on my own experience, request a feature and it may just get programmed in within a week or two. The high rating for value is given in comparison to similar Windows-based menu-driven software such as ACDLabs.
