WHAT'S NEW
Version 8.4 addresses issues with the current software and compatibility with Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) for the Scanjet 4070 series of Scanjet scanners v.8.
REQUIREMENTS
The HP Image Zone software is supported on Macintosh computers with built-in USB and Mac OS X 10.2 and later. Note: The HP Image Zone software is NOT supported on Mac OS 9, Mac OS 10.1.x or in the Classic environment in Mac OS X. Addition hardware requirements: * Minimum 250 MB available disk space. * Minimum of 128 MB RAM is recommended.

    GHEUER  Bought the scanner, downloaded all the most recent software from hp, as verified by using the hp software update app. Scanner does NOT work at all, attached to my TiBook, OSX 10.4.8, 1 MB RAM, running on an external LaCie hard drive. Anybody else having problems? [gh]

    GARYI  I don't actually own an HP but 100 megs for some printing software! Be gods whats all that about?
