WAHA.06X36  1.3 is definitely supposed to work on Snow Leopard. If it does not, file a bug with more information.

BOOKLET  wow pretty cool. Would be even better if there was more variation to the shapes the glass blob makes. Myabe that will be done in the next update.....

TQUIRK  I've downloaded almost every screen saver on mac update. This is the first one that demanded that I write a review. Its absolutely mesmerizing, yet beautifully minimal.

8OO8  Really nice! What I'd like to see added, is the option to select the background color of one's choice, and perhaps the option to have the "glass" image superimposed over one's desktop. Maybe even have the background color or desktop showing translucently through the Glass image.

But kudos to the developer for some really cool work!

MICHAEL PIPOLO  Very nice screensaver, although currently LotsaWater is better, IMHO due to the fact that LotsaGlass has a somewhat limited range of styles, and therefore becomes kinda boring after a while.

With some programming experience myself, I can't imagine how much time and effort this took to make. Thanks a lot!

P.S. The problem with using this screensaver alongside LotsaWater doesn't seem to be isolated to myself... perhaps a bug fix needed? That's the only reason I have to give it 3 for stability.

JETFIREDX  I have LotsaWater installed as well and OS X refuses to let me use / preview this screen saver in full screen... LotsaWater just keeps activating instead even though LotsaGlass is selected. Small preview in the window looks cool, wish I could use it right now.

    MICHAEL PIPOLO  Yes, indeed.

I had the same problem, only a little worse. When I installed this alongside LotsaWater (another EXCELLENT screensaver) it only activated LotsaWater when in full screen mode.

It finally did start up LotsaGlass and then crashed the machine. Not even CMD-OPTION-Esc worked this time. Thank goodness I didn't have any unsaved work.

After (force) restarting the machine, it worked fine.

    Hmmm.

ETNIER  "It was heavily inspired by Futurismo Zugakousaku's work…" a wonderful source of inspiration. I hope he sees this.

This is beautiful and beautifully-done, a remarkable V1.0. It works flawlessly on my 2-monitor system, which is usually not the case with first-release screensavers.

    Thanks!
