ABBOTT Very nice functionality, but it's got some serious problems: 1. After you've viewed a file with MilkyWay, you can't delete it unless you either use a SUDO deletion process, use TrashIt, logout or restart. Apparently MilkyWay doesn't properly release a file after displaying it. 2. There's no way to control the file types MilkyWay displays; it seems to show anything that QuickTime is capable of. I definitely don't want to view PDFs with MilkyWay, for example, but there's no way to stop it. Also, it would be very handy to have an option to not display a file when you click on it. For example: Command-Click to view, or Command-click to just touch the file without viewing it. Good start to a nice thought, though! (Version 1.5.6) |
