CMUVIOLIN  Very nice, but will randomly use up a lot of CPU. I have a new Intel Core Duo iMac, and normally everything uses less then 1% of the Processor, untill WeatherBug, every 10 seconds or so will use over a quarter of the entire machine. It is a well made Widget, my only changes would be to make a larger forecast to show more then the next 3 days, and find a way to reduce the size of it. The Widget is the biggest program, over shadowing my main apps.

Help would be appreciated.

KJDENISON  What a great idea, combine all the weather widgets available and put them in one smart system. Sure it would be really nice to have an animated map like the weather.com widget, or some better graphics like the apple 5 day forecast, but this is a wonderful start!

STEVEN JAY COHEN  Well done!

But, it has a huge memory leak. It is showing processor usage of 59% to 64%. Let me know when this is fixed because I like it much more than Apple's default accuweather widget.

SJJ_PUBLIC  While I like the options that are available, I find it really irritating how it has things that seem to imply that it will result in more detail in the widget, but actually it takes you to a web page in your browser. Particularly annoying is the "Animate" item for the radar. Why doesn't this animate the radar display within the widget? No, it takes you out of dashboard and to their web page. Similarly, when you look at the alerts, the text it shows is ridiculously truncated, such that you have no choice but to click the "details" link, which of course takes you out of dashboard and to their web page in your browser. Why can't it reveal the details within the widget?

UMAROMC  This is a really cool widget! I just replaced my accuweather.com-linked Weather widget with this; it offers more information and is linked to locations within a smaller proximity to my location than any other weather widget or app I've come across (free or not).

Thanks.

GARY WHITE  Be specific, if this is installing Malware what did it do.

I would not use this anyway, it only covers US.

SCHMELDING  There's no way I'm downloading this. WeatherBug installed malware on my PC and I don't trust them.
