WHAT'S NEW
Version 2.2.1:
  • Fixed a bug where you couldn't change the units at the same time you changed the station. A silly little one-line fix that I should have caught before release.
  • Fixed a display issue with some of the localized versions where the back side wasn't displaying correctly.
  • Added the ability to set default units that apply to all stations, by holding down the option key when you select the unit.
  • Fixed the programmer's error that made it seem necessary to copy the images to the localization subdirectories. Now there's only one set of images and the widget's size is way down.

SCRIVENS  Just the thing. Works very well and even has the inner harbour tides for the city I live in - great for working out the time to hit high tide with the kayak and avoid a forty minute drive to find hundreds of yards of mud flats. The latest version fixes the loading delay which was a minor problem.

As mentioned in another review, this is what widgets should be about; simple, excellent design and interface, works well, useful and free.

ROBERT LIVINGSTON  Very useful simple tool for keeping track of the tides around the world. Set it to the local area and the information is a click away.

CHRIS  Very nice widget - I've been waiting for a tide widget now ever since OSX 10.4 was released. It has a huge list of potential tide sites too. Very nice widget.
