ARTMONSTER Great game! I bought it for a Japanese friend of mine and she loves it. The problem though (as another poster mentions), is that it crashes often. Emphasis on often. Though the company's website says they value and guarantee good customer service, it appears that is hollow marketing jargon... I have requested customer service feedback twice from them and so far no response. They do claim they have a money back guarantee, however if they never respond to their customers then I wonder how this would work? I guess if I do try for a refund (and I really would rather just have a functioning game or a anticipated bug fix date) and they ignore me still, there is always the credit card chargeback route as well as referall to appropriate consumer protection agency. I hate being ignored by a company AFTER they have my money... (Version 1.0) |
