DELIRIUMGIRL  A very nicely made game.

I have had absolutely no crashing with the latest update (Fairies 1.4b). I am on a mac book pro running Tiger 10.4.10.

ARTMONSTER  Great game! I bought it for a Japanese friend of mine and she loves it.

The problem though (as another poster mentions), is that it crashes often. Emphasis on often. Though the company's website says they value and guarantee good customer service, it appears that is hollow marketing jargon...

I have requested customer service feedback twice from them and so far no response. They do claim they have a money back guarantee, however if they never respond to their customers then I wonder how this would work?

I guess if I do try for a refund (and I really would rather just have a functioning game or a anticipated bug fix date) and they ignore me still, there is always the credit card chargeback route as well as referall to appropriate consumer protection agency.

I hate being ignored by a company AFTER they have my money...

INTERSTITIAL  I have had exactly the same experience. I've even requested a refund (which I don't really want, I just want a working game). No reply. Hey FunPause, you seemed genuine. If there's something wrong, then let us know, but your website seems like a lot of hot air right now.

NEOX  Same here too. I have requested support a couple times now and nothing. This does not say alot for this developer. I read on a review that they have the potential to be the Ambrosia Software of the 21st century. Not with bad support like this! The game is very unstable. Personally I think it may have something to do with the game engine they use, as at least one of their other games is unstable on Mac too. But still this does not excuse the bad customer service. If this game was fixed properly it would be on the short list of highly recommended titles.

CHICODOGGY  WARNING, This game is very unstable under 10.4.3. It crashes everytime. DO NOT BUY. They also will not respond as a company when you alert them of any errors.

ANONYMOUS  great game, a big change from the usual boring little games one can dnl here and there: this one is smooth, clever, beautifully designed and the sound is amazing...

we need more games like this one :)

CHUCK  Like the other reviewer said, the fact that you can make vertical and horizontal connections is a big plus. Absolutely fantastic "glassy" graphics, very nice sound effects, very cool "sparkly" effects. The so-called "new agey" music didn't bother me at all, very soothing.

One star docked for stability-it froze on me late in the game. I just updated to OS X 10.4.3 prior to playing-I wonder if that had anything to do with it.

Anyway, my money's on the way!

ANONYMOUS  Lovely matching game with several different game styles. The combination of vertical and horizontal movement is new to me -- most just do vertical. Great graphics/sound, if a bit new-agey. Gotta go free some Fairies!
