BEN ROSENBERG  No, we don't have enough useful software. Pine is one of the original UNIX email clients and is still used by a good many UNIX geek. If you want these people to switch to Apples variation of UNIX then it's not to provide import and export tools for the software they use. Just because YOU do not know what Pine is.. doesn't that software dealing with it isn't of use. It's just of no use to someone like you.

My mother use to tell me if I had nothing nice to say that I shouldn't say anything at all. I think this applies to this situation.

If you have any desire to know what Pine is and what it looks like then check out the website at U of Washington.

    CAMáN  Ben:

    Well put and so true.

Your mother is a vise woman, indeed.

We need to advocate the necessity of respect and tolerance for others if we ever will create a humane, equal rights society.

Give your mom a hugh from me.

    She raised her son well.

ANONYMOUS  I might add that (AFAIK) Pine format is really a tab-delimited format, which makes this useful for anyone importing into apps accepting that format. Will give it a try and see how it works.
