IANKOO This is a great piece of software. I've been using it for the last couple of months. Lately I'm unable to upload new episodes to my podcast because the process stops right after "converting to M4A" finishes. I'm getting a message "error code: 0" during the enhancement process of my episode. I'm using OS 10.6.1. (Version 1.4)

BGARLOCK @Monty Lee -- Perhaps your response is being filtered somehow? Marked as SPAM? I have virtually the opposite of your experience with support. Andy is lightning fast in responding, and does an excellent job of helping users out. I know he is busy with an iPhone app he is developing for The Hit List. Not that being busy with another app is an excuse for not responding, but I think maybe something out of Andy's control is in play here... (Version 1.4)

MONTY LEE Well I've used their automatic form in the program, all three of their addresses on the support page PLUS the email address listed in the program, two different personal email addresses AND my .mac email address, and three different computers. If they are flagging it as spam, then they have their filters set way too high. If you block all email from users, it kind of makes support non-existent. As for the question, it was very simple: How do you capture or print ALL the podcast Episode titles, date, and description. iTunes and Podcast Maker do not wrap the description so you can never see the entire description for all the episodes. So is there a way to print this (pdf) to use as a guide? (Version 1.4)

MONTY LEE First, let me say up front that the software is good. It does exactly what it claims to do in that it makes it easy to publish a podcast. I have found the program reliable and stable. My complaint is that you get no support from the author. I have emailed him via his online form and email several times over the past two months with a very simple support question, and you get no response at all (no form response, no notice about delays in responding, nothing at all). Granted that developers may be swamped at times with support requests, but most will at least respond back to you in some form or refer you to FAQs or forums that may answer the question. This developer doesn't respond at all. So my caveat is that try it before you buy, and if you think you might have questions, try and get them answered before you spend your money. (Version 1.4)

After a long, bad experience with RapidWeaver, which ended with 96 podcast posts ruined by an update, I decided that it was time to move on. I discovered Podcast Maker and have not looked back. This program is amazingly simple to use and lightning fast. Creating a podcast entry literally takes under a minute. If you're considering this program, consider no longer. It is a joy to use. Well done! (Version 1.4)

BMEEKS24 Is there any app like this (this is a great app BTW) that includes the recording piece with it? This is for my wife - and I am trying to set it up as simple as possible and would prefer to keep her from needing to use audacity too... (Version 1.4)

NILICULE This is an absolutely brilliant piece of software, both for beginning as well as advanced podcasters. Quickly setting up a podcast is a breeze and the ability to check what the final podcast will look in the iTunes music store is extremely handy. Podcast Maker let's you create your podcast and enhanced podcast with drag and drop. Creating various chapters for your podcast is as easy as just dragging a marker around on the timeline and the program lets you zoom in for extra precision. When creating an enhanced podcast, Podcast Maker will do the M4A conversion for you automatically. Couldn't be easier! You can publish your podcast to a variety of accounts (.Mac, FTP, SFTP) and it'll import existing podcasts if you choose to do so. Even if you're just getting started in podcast making, this is a $30 very well spent! (Version 1.3.8b)

GLOBETROTTERDK I see that Podcast Maker only creates the actual podcast. What software do podcasters use to create and edit the podcast sound file? Audacity? (Version 1.3)

JOESHMOE200US Sound Studio to edit the podcast + Amadeus Pro to use it's simply Denoise feature. Podcast Maker to create the podcast feed, which is much more intuitive and easier to use then Feed4All. (Version 1.3.3)

ONE1STEP1 I have been using this program since October and it keeps getting better and better. With the ability to drag/drop and make the enhanced podcasts, it made it even better. When I have had issues, the developers are quick to respond, and I definitely feel it was worth my $30. I tried the other programs, and I didn't find any that I liked as much as Podcast Maker. SEAN Beautiful looking app. Though interface can be somewhat confusing. Also wont connect to my FTP site. I think because my password has a $ sign in it. Also too expensive for what it is. If it was $10 it would be better value. IMHO (Version 1.0.2)

ANONYMOUS Yeah...Price is a little steep. Especially considering that the target audience seems to be people who are testing the podcasting waters. $30 is a little much for someone just breaking into it...trial or not. IMHO (Version 1.0.4)
