CHARLESBKK  Almost 400 Bucks. What's a 'Barcoade Producer'? It doesn't the same thing and much cheaper, isn't it?

MBRADSHA  The software repeatedly requires re-installation. It required contacting customer service and downloading a new installer.

ANONYMOUS  We have worked with Bar Code Pro since the early days. In OS 9 it worked great. The OS X version is lacking in certain respects.

It WILL do its basic purpose: create barcodes. The support is lackluster; they get back to you...eventually and if you continually nag them.

The gripe I have has been deemed "cosmetic" by the company. And it may be--you be the judge.

I have documented and duplicated this problem on six Macs, four of which are identical, hardware and software-wise. Yet SNX will not address the problem. The only thing I have not done is videotape the bug, which is:

I create and save a barcode file, in EPS format, then close it. When I open it just a few seconds later from within BCP, the program defaults to a Shipping label and the display for the UPC is blank. In other words, there is no barcode displayed in the viewing area of Barcode Pro.
