DESCRIPTION
SmartSynchronize is an multi-platform file/directory compare and merge tool. It can help you, for example, to synchronize two directories.

  • Very easy to use.
  • File compare with possibility to edit and merge.
  • File compare with detection of inner-line changes.
  • Directory compare with ability to synchronize changes.
  • Configuration of ignored files and directories.
  • Ability to store and reopen profiles.(directory-pairs)

To run SmartSynchronize you will need a valid license file. You can either purchase one or download a demo license for evaluation purposes.

Improvements:

  • OS X: updated Quaqua library for better look at OS X 10.6

Fixed Bugs:

  • internal error when entering a character immediately after having deleted a block using the [x] button in the change stripe
  • welcome dialog: when right clicking the initially selected profile, Edit Directories was disabled
  • opening a file compare from a directory compare did not use the directory compare encoding
  • OS X: the radio button menu items in the Window menu toggled themself like independent checkboxes

MADNIL  39 USD are far to much. I recommened the free KDiff3 http://kdiff3.sourceforge.net/, released under GNU GPL.

JOHN  It would be nice if I could try out the darn program without having to obtain a trial license. Not to mention the useless, forced, scrolling through the license agreement. Whatever. Deleted.
