ANONYMOUS Great product but lacks the support for Video iPod (5G). I hope the update is released soon. Anyways, this is great product and served my 3G iPod well! (Version 1.3)
ANONYMOUS It's not working with the new iPod nano, it is simply not detected.
I've used it for my 20Gb iPod since the first release and I never had any problems. It worked fine and the sound quality increased.
It's not just for putting your iPod volume at max as someone told. The main purpose is to keep your iPod volume level smaller and keep crisp and powerful sound.
Hope they release a new version which supports the nano. (Version 1.2)
ANONYMOUS No, it's to make the iPod louder. How can removing a maximum volume limit keep the iPod volume level smaller? You're talking blather.
A perfect reason for using this is so that you can hear the quieter tracks in a mix, like the Adagio from Bruch's Violin Concerto in G minor or Planet Caravan from Black Sabbath's Paranoid. (Version 1.3)
