DESCRIPTION

PictureItPostage lets you create real U.S Postage with your own photo, artwork or business logo. It's perfect for holiday cards, birth announcements, wedding invitations or business mailings that you want to get noticed and opened.

Called "a joy to use" by macHome Magazine, PictureItPostage is versatile, intuitive and simple to use on a Mac. That's because it's fully integrated with iPhoto, including smart albums and photocasts.

To make your own postage, just select a picture or graphic from your iPhoto library, or any other folder on your Macintosh, and then adjust it to create the perfect design. We give you all the tools you need: you can crop and zoom, choose between landscape or portrait formats, adjust the text and background colors to match or complement a color in your picture or graphic, and much more. You can even use your iSight camera to take a photo and instantly turn it into postage.

When you've completed your design, choose the postage rate you need (postcard, First Class 1 oz, etc) and pay for your PictureItPostage Stamps(TM) with a credit card. We make your PictureItPostage in under 5 days and then send it to you by U.S. Mail.

WHAT'S NEW
Version 2.2.1 features iSight integration, cool rotation animation, multiple sheet discounts and fine-image control. The best application for making customized postage just got better.

BRADY J. FREY  Works just fine for me -- I've notice on older G4's it won't work, lacking the proper Quartz. All in all, it's pretty straight forward program that integrates with iPhoto nicely, and the ordering is a breeze. It's probably one of the easiest/simplest programs I've had to use, and that's great, because it shouldn't be that hard:)

My only complaint is that they 'review' every photo for anything they deem objectionable (I know, I understand it's a company and they have a right -- but the day comes that I am denied a print because of artist differences, is the day I either compete with them or lobby a hefty...), and that print production can take up to two weeks. I've just put in an order, so I'm not sure if it will actually take that long -- but that's a long print time for something so automated. If you're that busy, guys, get another production machine... because if it takes that long each time, I probably won't use this program that much.

In the end, it's a free program, you pay a price for the production, nothing more.  (Version 1.0)
