ANONYMOUS  Update to QuickTime 7.0.2 and the connection dropping problem is solved. Apple fixed a few bugs in QuickTime, one of them were responsible for the droppings.

ANONYMOUS  To earlier posters concerning the problem with dropping connections:

The developer seems to be aware of that and plans a more sophisticated GUI for the near future. Meanwhile you could add streamig sources of your choice manually with a little hack but be aware, that the dropping connection of course might show up again, depending of the type of stream you are adding.

    **½..

ANONYMOUS  What a disappointment. I'd love to have a widget like this that actually functioned. Spend 5 minutes trying to find a station that actually works, only to have it die in a matter of seconds.

    Fabulous concept, dismal execution.

ANONYMOUS  I would give "features" a better rating if it had WNYC. Other ratings are low because none of the East coast stations come in well. The ones that do come in cut out as soon as I use my web browser, making the widget unusable. A simple progress-monitor when loading stations would be nice.

ANONYMOUS  Audio cuts off after a few seconds (I'm on a broadband connection). Can't play for more than 30 seconds without having to be restarted.

CHARLES SILVERMAN  WBUR comes in like a charm, my main motivation for downloading this widget. AirAmerica and CBC Toronto would be nice additions.

ANONYMOUS  Does it work for you? When I click the i and the widget turns on the other side I can chose other stations but I cannot click "Done" and the widgets does not turn back to the main window. I suspect that the positive comments here come from friends of the developer.
