MATTLY I want to like Synk, but after using it a bit, synkd, the helper process that manages automatic backups and this "zeroscan" thing that hooks into the Kernel knowing about file updates, is using 700MB of REAL MEMORY. This process is supposed to be resident ALL THE TIME. When the Synk.app process is running, between the two they're using over a gig of memory. That's just not acceptable. Thanks, but I'll stick to SuperDuper, despite its problems. (Version 6.1.1) |
