JOSEPH SHARP I think the review is confusing ThumPrinter with the application "Thumbs Up"
When ThumbPrinter was first released I called it "4 Thumbs Up" I was then notified by the designer of "Thumbs Up" of the naming conflict.
Out of all the people who have purchased a license for ThumbPrinter I have not has a single user tell me of any dissatisfaction. If you are indeed a user of ThumbPrinter and you have issues, I will do my best to address them, and if you are not satisfied I will refund your money with no questions asked.
At no time have I ever been contacted by a user of ThumbPrinter who has needed support.
