MACIANER  Good application! Easy to use and delivers good results with standard parameters.

Is there another application for reducing noise in movies?

ANONYMOUS  Pretty good and free. The freeware Deinterlacer is very good too, if you don't have "pro" softwares.

JEDIK  No problems here too. You may try using a proxy. Sadly, some servers/routers are blocking some IP ranges. Internet isn't a free world anymore. =\
