SABOR  Quite frankly I just tried and I think all the features it has are available in Skedit, and Skedit offers s lot more than this for about the same price. I have no relation to Skedit, I am just a regular user :)

ANONYMOUS  If you use GoodPage as text editor just for typing text in Code view, then it may be true. As a text-editor it is not much better than any other text editor.

But, for example, if you do any CSS at all, or PHP work with live server and database, or complex HTML, or need multiple views of a document with fast switching, any other app doesn't come close.

So, it's how you work and what are your needs. If you only need text editor, GoodPage is too expensive for you. If you want more, GoodPage offers much more and at a very good price.

ANONYMOUS  This one is a gem: quick, clean, intuitive.

I found it after getting fed up with Dreamweaver bloatware.

ANONYMOUS  Sorry, I made a few typos in my review. I made de corrections, here is the ok text:

Review by Anonymous: Yeah, GoLive has lots of bells and whistles but it's a bloated software, takes at least 25 secs to load, icons are barely visible. As for FTP, I am old enough to use Transmit, the best of it's kind. GoodPage is a great alternative! I bought a licence when it came out and never looked back. - Normand (8/22/2005, Version: 1.2)

TARISOFT  The FTP support in GoodPage had problems with usernames containing '@' or other strange characters. This has been fixed in 1.2...

ANONYMOUS  Great tool for serious web development, especially CSS. When I had a PC I worked with Dreamweaver. Now I have a Mac and use GoodPage for everything except Flash. I'm way more productive with Goodpage than any other tool. It can open any page from internet, so it is good for learning, too.

ANONYMOUS  Yawn. Interesting ideas, but GoLive and Dreamweaver offer a hell of lot more including robust FTP/WebDAV tools and site management features. skEdit is a nicer code tool, and PageSpinner is nice too. Goodpage might appeal to some people, but $99 is a bit steep for this quirky tool.

BUBBA  Excellent product. Of all the HTML web authoring tools on the market, this is the only one I have found that is more productive than a text editor. Very nice!

ANONYMOUS  It is only natural to have an early adopter discount. We have the information about it now on our website. The price with discount is $99.
