PETER DA SILVA  1. A question for contestant #3: What do you mean by "modelling for command parameters"

2. A comment for contestant #4: Write your code to the common subset of GNUstep and Cocoa. It's not going to give you full on Aqua but it'll get you a lot closer to a common cross-platform GUI than anything else I can think of.  (Version 1.0.20)

ANONYMOUS  I can't believe these guys are spending all that effort to, in the end, not come up with something better than Cocoa.

They're stuck in a static-language, C++ mindset, and so they're designing this huge bloated 'organic' monstrosity of a UI engine rather than using a dynamic language like Objective-C (or Ruby, or Python).

If this is the best they can do, Adobe is dead if only some well-funded competitor wants to come along and stick the fork in.  (Version 1.0.1)
