iScroll2 is a modified trackpad driver that adds two-finger scrolling capabilities to supported pre-2005 PowerBooks and iBooks on OS X 10.3 and up (version 0.29 and later require 10.4).
Supported models include most aluminum PowerBooks introduced from 2003 to 2004 as well as all G4 iBooks.
Note: Models that have two-finger scrolling already built-in are not supported! These use a completely different, USB-based trackpad, the driver of which is not available as open source.
iScroll2 is based on Apple's AppleADBMouse-209.0.10 driver for the ADB-based trackpads found on older models, which is available as part of the publicly released Darwin source code (and covered by the APSL). The code added for supporting two-finger scrolling was written from scratch.
But only after I enabled 'Two finger scrolling' in the Keyboard & Mouse preferences, which wasnt a very obvious requirement.. that could have been made more clear.
BOUSOZOKU Version 0.32 has given back the two finger scrolling, which hasn't worked since Tiger. It still seems a bit jerky but that is probably due to Leopard as everything seems to work poorly. (Version 0.32)
TCROWN try going to the System Prefs and Keyboard and mouse settings. There should be a new button to enable 2 finger scroll, check that and you should be good to go. (Version 0.31)

TICE I'm afraid that isn't the solution. But thanks anyway. (Version 0.31)

TRAY STEEL Just installed iScroll2 0.30 and it now keeps my settings. Well done works great! (Version 0.30)
TRAY STEEL iScroll 0.29 works on Leopard but has a small bug of not saving your settings upon reboot. To get round this you can manually edit the default settings file /Library/Preferences/name.razzfazz.driver.iScroll2 using texteditor/BBEdit to reflect the settings you want. (Version 0.29)
JOHNNY ROCKET doesn't appear to be saving settings after a reboot. I lowered the speed, rebooted, and it was back to max. Otherwise seems to be working in 10.5 (Version 0.29)
