WEB ACE I just downloaded the new 1.5 version and love it. TopXNotes lets me keep all my formatted and straight text notes in one place. I used to keep TextEdit documents in my Documents folder but often had to hunt for the ones I wanted through a large folder. Since I've imported them all into TopXNotes I can instantly locate text inside any or all notes. Its numerous formatting options are always right at hand, including font, size, style, text color, emphasis color (highlighting), document color, and justification. It even checks spelling as I type. I right-clicked on the toolbar and customized it to have the functions I use most. The ability to sort by note name, category, creation date, and modified date allows me to quickly isolate the notes I want. I like the new striped background in the NoteOrganizer window. I can password protect the entire database or individual notes. Once I get a note to my liking I can write protect it.

KBEAL I used to love my NotePad ap - but it didn't make the cut in my last computer. Now I use TopXNotes it is always handy and is a repository for all my 'stuff' I need to keep track of to stay organized. It has the basic features and functions you would expect - plus live links, different ways to organize, encryption (huge feature, to me) It keeps me ontrack with a multitude of projects - easily.

KAKIL TopXNotes is the product that I have been wanting for a long time. TopXNotes allows you to easily secure your notes with the built in encryption. For years I have maintained one large file that contains lots of personal information. TopXNotes finally give me a way to encrypt that file and keep it secure. TopXNotes template feature has allowed me to easily organize my notes. This allows me to find the information I need quickly. I would recommend this software to anyone that has lots of personal info that they need to keep up with and keep up-to-date.

KAKIL Just an update on TopXNotes. Currently I'm using version 1.3. This version is compatible with Mac OS X Leopard and I'm using it on my Intel Mac with no problems. It is a great piece of software that I'm incorporating more and more into my daily routine.

NIKKIP I use TopXNotes for all kinds of items; directions, recipes, addresses, serial numbers to apps, etc. I love the way it is so easy to use and the way it organizes my information. The searches are so easy and I can print out the individual notes whenever I need to. Thanks so much for such a wonderful little ap. It is so useful and easy to use. | |

LAMACGUY Very nice small application. It has just the features anyone would need to keep track of, organize and quickly access notes of all sorts. And the ability to password protect, a feature missing from many other note products, makes it ideal to stash web account passwords, financial, and other sensitive information.
