Maintenance is a System Maintenance and Cleaning utility. It allows you to run miscellaneous tasks of system maintenance: repair permissions, run periodic scripts, reset Spotlight's Index, rebuild the LaunchServices database, delete Application, Font and System cache, check the status of the hard disk.
For the average user it's got everything you need to keep your Mac humming and all the functions are layed out in one uncluttered window. I plan on running it every couple of weeks. For you Leopard users you don't have to worry about the daily, weekly and monthly scripts though. That's all automatic now as far as I know. Thanks Mr. Developer! (Version 1.2)
Maintenance was installed over a clean install of Leopard (10.5.1) on a new internal hard drive so no previous version .plist file present. I downloaded the app twice and attempted to save preferences six times before giving up.
Deeper was installed first and appears to work perfectly. Removing the Deeper .plist file, just on the off-chance, made no difference to Maintenance. It simply crashes when attempting to save preferences. (Version 1.2.0b1)

PRODUCTION D. GOYETTE I use Maintenance since its begining and this application do what is name imply with a simple interface (was using Onyx before).I am using 1.1.6 and only hope and ask is this ready or ok to use with leopard when i will received-it Friday october 26.
No bug to report on my Mac Pro Intel. (Version 1.1.6)
It seems to be as fast (maybe even faster) than Onyx, and doesn't reset all of my set prefs for my movie files (like Onyx has started to do for some strange reason).
It's the GUI that I always use now to run scripts.
