SARAH DODSWORTH  This is the only software I have found that can convert MP4's from iTunes to MP3 for my Sony Ericsson Walkman phone. However... now that the music is finally on my phone it just won't play...! It is there in the play list but keeps coming up "Playback Failed". So infuriating! Any ideas anyone...?   (Version 1.2)

    ***½.

ANONYMOUS  Works almost fine, but the software converts ALL my tunes, even if they are compatible with my phone (mp3 128kbps...), which takes a LOT of time... (Tiger 10.4.3, w800i)

Apart from this point, works fine.  (Version 1.2)
