DESCRIPTION
Mac-HaBu is an easy to use accounting programs with an integrated Invoice module. This program addresses the following users:
- Freelancer
- Small to middle companies
- Clubs
- Private households
Also for users, which don't need a balance sheet an accounting program may be useful. Programs, which support only the recording of incomes and expenses, can show only the actual value. In many cases it is however necessarily to include also future movements (e.g. paying by credit card).
The accounting is in each company a very sensitive part. On the one side it must fulfill legal conditions. On the other hand an accounting program should be very easy to use. Because my wife is an accounting, she looks extremely to the first point. My part is to look, that also non-accountants can use it. The switch to another accounting program needs much time. So it is very important, that you can use the new program for a long time. Because our program is highly configurable by the user (account structure, tax keys) you can use it without updates for a long time. Nevertheless we offer regularly updates (usually free of charge). Sometimes it is not easy to find the right solution to give both parts the best. But the success of Mac-HaBu shows me that we found a good way.
WHAT'S NEW
Version 10.3.2:
- Change of the file path of attached documents
If attached documents were moved, it may occur that it not possible to open them. Now, you get a dialog to select the new destination. After the selection, you can decide to change all similar documents, too.
- GDPdU
The files necessary for a tax check can be exported with this function (Germany only).
- Change of articles
If several articles must be changed in the price, this function is helpful.
- Split entries with gross amount
The split entries can include tax keys, now.
- Subtotal in Invoices
With offers and invoices, you can enter subtotals, now.
- Tax key capitalized
Tax keys will be capitalized automatically, now. If there are tax keys with lowercase letters this function will be deactivated.
- Travels with document number
For travels, you can enter a document number, now. This will be used while entering.
- Synchronization of balance lists
With a new option, it is possible to synchronize the balance list with the account, you use while entering.
- Payment date obligatory
With this option, you can't forget to enter a payment date – if you use payment dates.
- Invoice for partial delivery
Several invoices can be gathered to one invoice.
- Optimization of driver's logbook and travel expenses
The interface between driver's logbook and travel expenses was optimized.
- Discount for personal-accounts
You can enter a discount for personal-accounts, now. This account will be used for offers and invoices.
