Mac-HaBu 9.8.2 - MacUpdate

Mac-HaBu is an easy to use accounting programs with an integrated Invoice module. This program addresses the following users:

Freelancer
Small to middle companies
Clubs
Private households

Also for users, which don't need a balance sheet an accounting program may be useful. Programs, which support only the recording of incomes and expenses, can show only the actual value. In many cases it is however necessarily to include also future movements (e.g. paying by credit card).

The accounting is in each company a very sensitive part. On the one side it must fulfill legal conditions. On the other hand an accounting program should be very easy to use. Because my wife is an accounting, she looks extremely to the first point. My part is to look, that also non-accountants can use it. The switch to another accounting program needs much time. So it is very important, that you can use the new program for a long time. Because our program is highly configurable by the user (account structure, tax keys) you can use it without updates for a long time. Nevertheless we offer regularly updates (usually free of charge). Sometimes it is not easy to find the right solution to give both parts the best. But the success of Mac-HaBu shows me that we found a good way.

Adding of accounts online
You can add additional accounts from a standard account structure (SKR03, SKR 04…) online.
Additional field in personal account
There is an additional field in the personal accounts for internal information.
Percentage values in balance sheets
The reports for balance sheets have an additional column with percentage values.
Acceptance of order and tickets without values
you can suppress the amounts in acceptance of orders and tickets.
Time report
Instead of an output as a list, you can print the values from the time list with a defined layout.
Import and export via clipboard
Beside Excel, and text files, you can use the clipboard to transfer values from and to lists.
PDF-Export (Version 9.8.1)
Permanent or individual output of all outputs to a PDF file.
Address book (Version 9.8.1)
Now it is possible to get data from the address book, again. The problem was only with MacOS 10.5.
Interface to hibiscus 1.6 (Version 9.8.2)
The interface tio hibiscus is now comaptible with version 1.6.
