DESCRIPTION
Mac-HaBu is an easy to use accounting programs with an integrated Invoice module. This program addresses the following users:
- Freelancer
- Small to middle companies
- Clubs
- Private households
Also for users, which don't need a balance sheet an accounting program may be useful. Programs, which support only the recording of incomes and expenses, can show only the actual value. In many cases it is however necessarily to include also future movements (e.g. paying by credit card).
The accounting is in each company a very sensitive part. On the one side it must fulfill legal conditions. On the other hand an accounting program should be very easy to use. Because my wife is an accounting, she looks extremely to the first point. My part is to look, that also non-accountants can use it. The switch to another accounting program needs much time. So it is very important, that you can use the new program for a long time. Because our program is highly configurable by the user (account structure, tax keys) you can use it without updates for a long time. Nevertheless we offer regularly updates (usually free of charge). Sometimes it is not easy to find the right solution to give both parts the best. But the success of Mac-HaBu shows me that we found a good way.
WHAT'S NEW
Version 10.2.1:
- Select multiple lines
You can select multiple lines of a list, now.
- Wizard for dialogs
To optimize the display of elements within dialogs under Linux, a special wizard is available.
- Export
In the unregistered version the export is limited to 10 entries
- Date format
Because there were problems with "exotic" date formats in the operating system, now this is defined in the preferences.
- Printing of lists
Instead of adapting the complete list to the sheet width, now the column width in the dialog is used.
- DTAUS
Like the handing over of transactions to and from BankX, MacGiro and hibiscus, files can in the format DTAUS can be used.
- Datev-Interface
Alternatively to the existing format OBE, the format KNE can be used, too..
- Recurring invoices
Now invoices with the similar articles can be automatically created.
- Address field
The address fields were extended by the field "Title". Also a delivery address can be used.
- Thousand mark note separator
For amounts a thousand mark note separator can be defined.
- Undo in the cash journal
Now, you are able to undo cashbook entries, too.
- Consolidated reports
In the reports "Balance list" and "Profit and Loss" the results of other clients can be included.
