    WEEVIL  Sweet Love…

this is.. I can't even find the words.. UTTERLY AWESOME

i thought the EMR Infinity version was good.. this knocked my socks off! to all you guys that worked on improving the textures and getting it to run under Aleph One, congrats!

I just finished downloading it and played it for a couple minutes, thought i'd mail you all before I sit down, turn the lights off, grab a Big Gulp, and get ready for an all-nighter with this baby!

    utterly and completely dumbfounded Weevil

JEFF KUNKA  It's great to hear that EMR is alive and well in MacOS X!

Since its introduction, I've played through Classic at least three times with great joy, albeit by resorting to cheaters (like Marathon Cheater 5.02). I know that hard-core players demean this, but I'm an older guy who enjoys more than anything else just exploring your incredible graphics, with little time or patience for playing over a level just to survive.

As I recall, Aleph has a few built-in cheats. I just want to be sure that you don't forget folks like me who play EMR to enjoy the programming and design, rather than the challenge of getting beyond the second or third level.

    Keep up the great work!

ANDREW PAYNE  I just finished playing EMR Infinity on total carnage, and it has to be the most well made, diverse scenario I've ever played for infinity. I thought when Tempus Irae came out it was great, but it was the same old monotonous textures and architecture over and over. With EMR I get to play in the stone age, medieval times, and in futuristic cities. Your city landscapes have to be the most convincing ones I've ever seen. I couldn't believe that trick you guys did in double vision where you circle around and a new door appears to a different area, I still don't know how you did it. When I heard that EMR for OS X is out in beta, I was overjoyed. I can't wait to play it with the improved graphics rendering.

JEAN-CLAUDE FRIGON  Thank you very much for your time and effort to provide EMR to the Marathon 's crowd out there. I had forgot about my Marathon game for a long time when I stumbled upon your game. I was very curious about it. Three weeks later I can say I am very impressed. All the new

weapons (boy do I love that crossbow and the sound it makes when the arrow hit the wall) and new decor. I also enjoyed your inventive scenario. Very enchanting indeed. And tough. I

had to get on whimpy mode at the end to get rid or Morgana and Mauvair ! Now I can play it on OS X as well. Wonderful!

Best regards and thanks again to the whole team.

STRID3R  i'm sure the new gamers that are used to the likes of UT2004 will not really like this.. ;-) But for all the old-timers like me, this game rocks!

btw, disable 16 bit sounds in the options - otherwise you'll hear nothing! :-?

    Great game!

DON MERLIN  We are working on a fix in the next release that will not require you to uncheck the 16-bit sound checkbox to get sounds to work.
