PETERNSTEINMETZ  2 years and 7 months, still no update from the acquiring company.

Too bad, looks like a neat product, but crashes on SL as soon as you try to save something.

RUMAC  A month later and the site is still not working. I guess Softchaos went out of business. To bad. I loved both webstractor and workstrip.

ANONYMOUS  Its a nice program but I would like to be able to save a page as PDF as is on the screen with banners an all. Also $80 is pricy I'd be willing to pay between 29-40 for it but not $70

ANONYMOUS  An excellent easy-to-use program perfect for research. Unofrtunately, it's too expensive. Should be around $40, especially since History Hound is $20 and Traiblazer is free. I know these programs offer far fewer features, but still . . ..

MAXIMUS  I've had a chance to play around a bit with Webstractor and am quite impressed with it. It was easy to get up and running and make editing web pages a snap. I have no experience with html and was (1) able to move things around (2) easily edit fonts and text (3) delete useless ad-type materials which oftentimes clutter the left side of a web page when you print.

My favorite editing option is the ability to add in pages or move any page around in any order. And if you want to connect various clippings or materials together, no problem. Webstractor lets you do that too with 1-click. It is very user-friendly.

Overall, I am very pleased so far and plan on purchasing it.
