DESCRIPTION
Downsize is a companion for your digital camera when you want to email photos to your friends, or prepare images for the web. Resize, watermark, and frame images from an entire folder on your hard drive or from an iPhoto album that you've created. Downsize offers more compression and size options than iPhoto and creates files of much smaller sizes. Get just the look you need by adding multiple watermarks, rounded corners, and drop shadows to your images.
WHAT'S NEW
Version 2.7:
  • Downsize is now a Universal Binary.
  • New licensing system to work with our new store (old users will require new licenses files).
REQUIREMENTS
Mac OS X 10.3 or later.

DAN MESSING  I was surprised to read these comments here, as I don't believe we have any unresolved emails from you at the moment, or at least none that match this description. Due to the anonymous nature of your comments here, I can't look up any email conversation we may have had.

For the record, our licenses our sent out automatically as soon as your purchase is made. What I suspect happened is that a spam filter marked your receipt email as junk, so you never saw it. I am unclear as to why the replacement license you were sent did not work, please contact me at dan@stuntsoftware.com so we can resolve the issue.

Also, we do offer a no-questions-asked 30-Day money back guarantee, which you are of course entitled to take advantage of if you choose.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, I feel the issue must be some communication problem, possibly emails not getting through. Either way, we definitely want to do what it takes to either get you your money back or make you a happy customer.

L. KOHLER  It's not the real deal.

You have minor options for 19 Dollars.

Downsize 2.6 hangs sometimes when you open a large source of images.

A piece of software that costs 19$ should not hang!!!

NOT recommended.

DAN MESSING  Hi, we're not currently aware of any bugs that cause Downsize to hang. We'd love it if you could email us and let us know the particulars of your situation so that we can fix a bug if one exists.

Thanks,

Dan Messing

LARS HEDEMANN  Excellent software, and the new features are well worth the price. More features I would like to see:

1: Being able to rotate images in 1 degree increments instead of 90 degrees only.

2: Drag and drop support for the dock icon.

Thanks for a great piece of software.

ZANICWB  It's an excellent software. I tried Resize! 1.4.2 and iResize 2.3 and this beats them both, hands down. It does what says and the interface is great. Yes, it's that good, just give it a try. You won't regret it!

DEREK  decent app. does what it's supposed to do. there are two things that i find kind of annoying though. one is that there is no preference option to send resized images directly to the desktop. the only option is to have another folder automatically created which pops open after the resize id done. secondly, there is no drag and drop functionality if the icon is sitting in the dock. i need to have drag n' drop.

are there any image resizer apps that support this feature?

ALEX FRENCH  I appreciate the developer's work, but why pay for something that a program you already have, iPhoto, does for you?
