ANONYMOUS  There are lots of free proxies listed in Netshade but BEWARE Netshade's anonymity test is deceiving. Among the many proxy I tried, anonimity was often granted by Netshade but was always null.

Then I tried to test Netshade's specifically dedicated server with the demo version I had downloaded. The test was refused.

Given the other reviews, I therefore consider that NS is dangerously useless.

Here is my feedback : sent couple of questions to the developer few days ago, still no answer received.

The software works but the server is slow.

And forgot about any help from the developer, he might be dead (maybe).

I would recommend to all of you 'Tor', it does the same and it's free !!

SEBFIESTA  Just purchased it yesterday with paypal, receive the key instantly then I tried all day the netshade proxy server >> Busy and busy again ! no internet connection at all !

I just sent a couple of mail to the developer, I m waiting his reply now.

Will keep all of you posted of the situation, if the developer is really a thief or not.

If Not I'll ask Paypal refund and run to the better bureau business...

THUS.SPAKE.Z  The problems that folks here have reported with the developer and Netshade iitself are nothing new. They've been been going on for years. I've purchased and used this app, had problems with it, contacted developer and found him completely unresponsive.

In my experience, available public proxies become fewer and fewer over time 'till eventually there are none that work, especially so of the most secure ones. And

one can't be sure that one's own I.P. address is really being hidden when using any of the proxies. Don't know about you, but I'd rather not use Netshade under a false sense of security.

In light of Mr. Rayner's ongoing inattentiveness to his app and his customers, I'd have to say that it wouldn't surprise me at all if Netshade becomes abandonware at some point.

To potential Netshade purchasers: prepare to experience a lot of aggravation if you intend to purchase Netshade. The hassles just aren't worth it.

First of all, I am sorry to the two people below who didn't get responsive support from me. I sometimes do fall behind in the support e-mails, but I try to keep the FAQ current, and I do always respond quickly whenever anyone requests a refund. Please do check the FAQ, and if you are not satisfied with NetShade just use the contact form on the website to request a refund and you will get it.

INNAIMI  Real bad experience, I bought it and does not work, asked support no answer at all, they just answer after 3 days with "How can help you" in meantime I found the solutions, really its to get off money, the public servers are very few and often does not work, the private is just 1 and very slow, NO BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP.
