BRET WILLIAMS  We have been using BackJack for some time now to back up two mission critical xServes. Works as promised. No glitches, except the latest version is not sending status e-mails as the earlier versions did.

Very responsive company, though. Much easier than Retrospect or other solutions, and we have no tapes to rotate, store or take off-site.

OSX version needs the ability to create sets, though.
