DESCRIPTION
Lopster is a Napster Client developed in C using the GTK user interface. Napster is a protocol for sharing MP3 files between users. With Napster, the files stay on the client machine, never passing through the server. The server provides the ability to search for particular files and initiate a direct transfer between the clients. In addition, chat forums similar to IRC are available.

    I tried it but it does not seem to work on my mac. It start X11 and I only see one menu which says LopsterOSX, but no windows appear...

    ANONYMOUS  When I open Lopstrer all I get is a Menu with the name of the program and nothing else, am I doing something wrong. I have Mac OS 10.3 and X11.

    MARANZIO  nice software but after some times it disconnects and reason is something like this:error reading thread ,not enough space...

    I think is no matter about hard disk free space i've room for new incoming files...

    is there is someon who can help me?

    DAVE VASILEVSKY  This package includes some files which can conflict with use of Fink or darwinports. It seems that my mail to the packager is bouncing. If the packager could contact me (vasi AT users DOT sourceforge DOT net), I'd be glad to help resolve the conflict.
