This app presumably employs the fix posted by MacFixit.com today (12/29/03), and endorsed by Apple. If you get a page of code when you click on the download link, then OPTION-click on the link instead. The developer has not set the MIME type correctly for this file, and so it fills a browser page with code instead of downloading it to the desktop.

    TOMMY  I have a slow start up on Mac 10.3.5- it states that this is not required in 10.3.3- is it safe to use?  (Version 0.1)

    CHROMATIX  The fix applied by this program is apparently not required for MacOS 10.3.3.

    Attempting to use this program on both a Tibook and Pismo running 10.3.3 caused a "File Exists" error to show, indicating that Apple have fixed it themselves.  (Version 0.1)

    MACGALLANT  Option Click on "download now" to download it. If you just click on "download now" you'll just get garbage on your screen.  (Version 0.1)
