2R  This is by far the fastest I've tested so far over the years. This thing gets the job done _litterally 100 times faster_ than any other client I've tried.

I don't care if it has ads, I don't care doesn't have a lot of nice features - this thing gets the job done, it does it fast, and that's all that matters.  (Version 3.0.5.2a)

PARAVIS  Azureus was "feature complete" long before 3.0. But in an effort to merge Napster, iTunes, and Limewire into one application (most likely just to sell as corporate advertising space), they are messing with perfection, and are condemning this app to a slow and painful death. There are so many other more simple and efficient BT clients now that it doesn't make much sense to use this bloated java mess. What was once destined to be a classic will most like go the way of Microsoft Windows.  (Version 3.0.5.2a)

DEMORAY  Azureus and Transmission are the two clear leaders for Mac torrent clients. Both offer excellent torrent information and control.

But each program has one major drawback, as far as I'm concerned:

Transmission wastes much time and bandwidth downloading Failed Data. (Failed DL is data that failed the checksum test and needs to be downloaded again).

Azureus has the drawback of including the obnoxious Fuze ad-ware on it's back. Thankfully, the Fuze software can be totally disabled in the Start preferences.

To me, that makes Azureus the choice.  (Version 3.0.5.2a)

FOODTASTENICE  i'v tried all the different troubleshooting tips and read through the forums, it seems some people are having the same problem
