    • Create an iTunes playlist called D2X and play your music there.
    • D2X will then randomly play a song
  • Settings are now saved inside /User/YOURUSERNAME/Library/Preferences/D2X

KARX11ERX  You can find the songs in mp3 format zipped on www.planetdescent.com. This will not allow you to play them in D2X though, but at least you can listen to them.

D2X-XL (a different D2X version) will support mp3 playback somewhere in the near future.

KARX11ERX  Many features missing, network support broken, mouse not working properly ... take a look at D2X-XL (available for MS Windows, Linux and Mac OS X on http://www.descent2.de) and see whether it serves you better. ;)

DANIEL R  Very good Port. Keep up the good work. I just want to know one thing. Is it possible to enable the cockpit view? In descent 1, the Cockpit looked very pixelated (320x240), put in Descent II the cockpit looked awesome in hi-res. Is there a way to enable the Cockpit view in this port?

NICHOLAS ADAMS  I have a 1.25GHz PowerBook running 10.3.9, 512MB Ram, and D2X will not display correctly. I launch it, and I get a pattern repeated through my screen, and it does nothing.

UMAROMC  Give a LOT more info than what you've stated and email them or read their FAQ– you answer's probably there...

STEVE JOBS  Wonderful game, some graphical glitch in the highscore screen but other than that and the cockpit bug It works great, now I can throw away 9. I would like some more levels however.

P.S. the seceret level takes a while to load
