• UPL: new key pipeline-gui for get-environment-value() to query whether a pipeline is running with GUI available or without.
• UPL: new key pipeline-toplevel for get-environment-value() to query whether a pipeline is the top-level pipeline running or is being run as a sub-pipeline of some other one

Changes & improvements

• The DocBook pipeline template has been completely re-designed. It now offers (again) both, book and article roots as well as simplified parameter settings. Documentation has been updated accordingly.
• UPL manual: some typos fixed

Fixes

• XML Exporter: the next CALS entry's colname attribute was wrong after processing a nested table.
• Sectioner: the grouping of empty heading pars with a preceding non-empty one with the sectioner option "Create sections for empty headings" in state OFF did not work as described
• Quitting upCast while a pipeline still executes: we now ask for confirmation instead of unconditionally quitting
• Trying to resolve an ucpar's SYSTEM id threw an NPE when ucpar could not be resolved while no GUI was available
• Closing a pipeline window while execution is in progress did not abort execution. As a result, the running execution can no longer be stopped and runs indefinitely when it does not terminate by itself. We no longer allow the pipeline window to be closed while it is executing.
• UPL: wl-...() functions did not re-establish WordLink, which made them not pick up the respective system property when programmatically set in UPL beforehand.
