SURPHAZE  I got really (!) annoyed with the support.

The app is great and I'd love it if I could use it.

But the paranoic approach of the registering system is an impertinence of the other kind. Especially regarding that you can have a free alternative with Safari Stand and the prize of Saft is rather cheap.

With each update of Safari (this time from 3.1 to 3.11), Saft refuses to work completely. My update Code doesn't work for days, the Website tells me, my account doesn't exist (my email is definitely right) and blocks the login for quite some time (paranoid). So I end up missing features I have just implemented in my daily workflow.

The developer hasn't responded to any of my email requests.

I think I'm gonna switch back to Safari Stand..

It's a cool tool but with this kind of ridiculous "copy protection" and support, it's just completely useless. I highly recommend everyone NOT to buy it as long as the developer doesn't change that system.

DR FIERCE  I have used SAFT since Panther. At first it was useful, but now many of the features in Leopard have made it redundant. Moreover, every update to Safari results in an error message which really slows down my aging powerbook.

I tried to update and the code I used previously does not work. I unistalled it with AppZapper and I hope it works. This has become a major annoyance.   (Version 10.0.7)

MEMPHISBIRD  I bought Saft on March 7 on a MacUpdate Promo. Since then, there have been two updates -- which is good -- and I haven't been able to download either of them -- which is bad -- because the download code I was sent by the developer isn't working. Two emails to developer requesting help have garnered no response. I thought I was getting a good deal for $5.99 on the promo, but it's not a good deal if I get nothing for it. I think I'll take my $5.99 back, please, and donate it to the SafariStand people.  (Version 10.0.7)

RICHCASTILLO  This is a very RUDE app.

Very difficult to completely uninstall.

No uninstall app.

No uninstall info on ReadMe or web FAQ.

Developer's email not immediately obvious on website.

I trashed it but now every time launching Safari, a dialog appears asking me to reinstall saft.app

Nothing named saft found in Activity Monitor.

I'm mad! Almost mad enough to review this with one star but I'll wait and see if somebody can tell me how to get rid of this annoyance.  (Version 10.0.5)
