DESCRIPTION
CalendarCreator.service... Add Calendar Event will take whatever text you've selected an attempt to parse it into a date that it can enter into iCal. The event will show up in a new calendar called "CalendarCreator", which will be created for you if it doesn't exist. iCal gets launched to add the event or appointment, so you can simply change with which calendar the event is associated straight away.

ANONYMOUS  How do you get the highlighted text to work? I have the service installed but nothing happens when I highlight text and ctrl click

ERIC BOEHNISCH  Services don't work from the contextual menu. Try the Services menu instead, in the apps's main menu :-)

MARC NOTHROP  Very useful, great for adding those auctions to iCal (and then your phone!), for the eBay addict!

But seriously, a very nice addition to iCal, offering better integration, and a tiny bit more 'assistance' in the OS (rather than manual entry of ALL data, from an email for example.)

    Highly recommended.

BANSURI  CalendarCreator perfectly works with iCal.

I use on a French system and it is a fine application.

You may, easily put some information in iCal at the day and time you want.

    Matt works fine.
