EXEBIT  The Script's core function is a good idea... But the "Registration" is... What the hell is this!? I really think you're looking for new friends! (And I'm not alone with this idea.)

Here's something similar: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/24682

No registration or other crap needed. - Just copy and use. :)

TICE  I made this app many years ago. It's free. nobody has to register, it works perfectly without. Thanks for the one star - so how many apps have you given to the community?

NEXIALYS  ok, this script is FREE... this script is also a simple on/off command for the OS...

so why in hell do you ask for a license key on your site?!.. you need friends ?!

drop that and simply release it smaller, you will have more friends...

my best choice would be to have a dock element that when i click on it it activate/deactivate the invisible.. this would be soooooo more useful than a app...

EXEBIT  Hi Dude!

You're looking for an app that makes the files automatically visible / invisible?

I've made one:

http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/26716/ivisible-lite

I hope that's what you were looking for. :-)

If you like it, you could write a review! ;-)

TICE  Sorry to say, but this is totally nonsense. InVisible just gives the Finder the command to show the usually invisible files. That has nothing to do with the files itselfs!

BLACKFLAG_S13  Ummm... dude I hate to say it but I think it's you who messed it up. This application works flawlessly every time. Seriously, this is better whan most other apps that do this. Whatever though...

VAINAS VARIAS  Dont download this!!!!

This is a catastrofic utility, if you run this, then if you want to restore the previus state, you have to format the drive where system is. Its a very, very way to crash yor system. Mac OS X 10.4.4.

Esta utilidad es una autentica catastrofe, si la ruedas una vez ya nunca volvera a ser todo como antes, me hizo visible todas las carpetas invisibles, todas. Despues fui incapaz de volver al estado inicial, siendo necesario formatear...

ANONYMOUS  I had inVisibles 1.4.2 and made some of the previously invisible files on my computer visible on accident. I decided I didn't really need the program, so I deleted it. Now I want to make those files invisible again, but could only find 1.4.3, and it won't launch.

TICE  Try this version (now a .zip file). StuffIt had a bug which causes a problem after unpacking. With the .zip file it should work properly.

ANONYMOUS  This app is a godsend. The new amazing use I found is for iPod users. Make the music files visible & copy them off your iPod! Mush more stable than the other freeware iPod music management apps & scripts.

APOC_METAL  Kind of unnerving the way it restarts the finder, but it gets the job done. I just wish there was an easier way to do this without 3rd party apps.

TICE  But even after using the terminal you have to restart the Finder to see the invisible files. Sorry no way around that.
