EVERLAST_34  The only thing uglier than the app is the website.

SHOTGUNWEDDINGS  The demo speaks volumes in this case.

Ugly and clumsy interface, looks like something a 9 year old kid with Dos 3.3.1 experience would produce.

And what a rip off price tag too. Even for free this POS software only deserves one thing, straight to my trash and deleted!

This software belongs on winblows where there is enough dumb people to support such a lame excuse for a developer.

My 14 year old niece was contemplating purchasing this software but decided to purchase RealBasic instead for the same price and make her own programs like this rip off developer offers.

MAXEMOM   In response to the developer comments above: Perhaps you could indicate to us just where on your site did you "hide" your apps' screen shots ? Just like Kosovar1 above, I've spend 15+ minutes clicking on every possible link on your site's various windows to find these screenshots.

Is this like a treasure hunt ? Do we get a reward if we find them ? Or maybe if we are too dumb to find them, maybe we don't deserve the privilege of being one of your customer (like an exclusive club or something)?

Seriously, have you visited other developer's sites? You'll find that, when a developer is proud of her / his work, a few screen shots are usually found on the index page (or at least a click away !).

SAVAN7  Holy Satan! This...this... When you download it there is a tour. It looks exactly like windows 3.x/DOS. And the price is just for fun, it could be 1000049$ either.

LOUNGE DELUXE  The price is actually $199.00, not $149.00!

KOSOVAR1  I sought out this program because I was willing to pay maybe $50 to have a program to help manage my three rental units. I was amazed to see that the price is three times higher than what I thought would be a reasonable price. Added to this, I have searched throughout the developer's website for some screenshots to see how the user interface looks. Uh-uh, nowhere to be found, not even a little screen shot was provided by the developer for the prospective purchaser's benefit, even though this is standard practice on MacUpdate and on developer websites hawking their wares. This should tell you something about the Rental Property Tracker Plus and perhaps about its developer, I think.

ANONYMOUS  Your expectations for finding a $50 rental property software are unrealistic. Most are in the $100 to $200 range, but some are thousands of dollars. There are screenshots on the website, you just needed to look a bit harder.
