FLASH1296  I have used uCalendar for years.

It is quite good in all respects.

However, the price is twice what it is worth, BECAUSE the free iCal has some truly excellent features, especially the current version - 3.0.2

O5220803  Superb implementation of uC! I used uC for years; it's simple, sophisticted, comprehensive, private and secure! Perfect for personal, professional or SOHO use. Well worth its nominal shareware fee.

WINGMASTER  Very simple and useful Calendar and planning.

Very Flexible Holidays manager. Even variable holidays...

Week starts on Monday, as Europe's style. Great app for generating HTML calendars, including images.

GCG  I've been using uCalendar for over two years and I find it is the best PIM for my purposes that is available. One reason that I like it is that it's a lot easier to read than iCal. And it keeps your information PRIVATE because it does NOT actively interface to the Internet! A really nice, stable, application with features that are easy to use. Some may balk at the price, but for others uCalendar is an excellent value!

TIMSTRINGER  Just to clarify - while iCal has the ability to publish calendars over the Internet the default behaviour is to keep the information local.
