ROBERTCOOGAN  Very handy, very easy to use. Beats AirRadar hands-down. I have used it for quite a while (in conjunction with my WiFire), and it is excellent at determining the accessibility of local signals.

NOHAWK  Has anyone yet found the fix for the accumulation of vast numbers of error messages in /var/log/system.log apparently due to an outdated format being used in a plist file associated with iStumbler when running on a macbook (Leopard)?

Thanks!

IVANOVITCH  Doesn't work with latest MacBook Pro (Core 2 Duo). I suspect that it needs updating to deal with new 802.11n cards that have been put in these machines.

KLKTRK  Love this app!

Here's the obligatory feature request:

Provide a way to sort by signal strength--maybe just by clicking on the signal strength column.

Would also be nice if you could filter for "only open" networks.

I know, I know, it's not actually signal strength, but throughput, no need to flame me.

ANONYMOUS  Greetings…

Beige G4 600 mHz running OS 10.3.9 :-)

0.94 works without problems…

0.95 will not launch…

Console provides the following:

dyld: /Applications/Utilities/iStumbler 0.95.app/Contents/MacOS/iStumbler can't open library: /usr/lib/libgcc_s.1.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

Do you find this helpful?

ALF WATT  Please send bug reports to help@istumbler.net, we're always happy to help track down a crashing bug!

iStumbler does require Mac OS 10.3.9 or better because it is a universal binary.
