MAGOSILVAN  FinderIconCM overmatches all other similar apps!

It's too needful to let it die!

To the author: I offer you a copy of Leopard if you'll release a UB version for it.  (Version 2.4)

DEMORAY  I can't say enough good about this icon utility.

Developers are STILL releasing apps that attempt to do what FinderIconCM did perfectly four years go, with less than 1 MB, and for FREE!

    • Want to badge your folders with their application icons?

    • Want to copy and paste icons without having to open "Get Info" windows?

    • Want to access your icon stock and apply your choice of icons instantly?

Do all these things as fast as you can right-click, using this brilliant Contextual Menu.

Unfortunately for us Mac users, it seems this developer has been busy with other things, so no Leopard support at this point.  (Version 2.4)

JOYPEBBLE  I love this app but am experiencing a problem when I assign a custom icon to a mounted exterior drive on my Mac OSx 10.4.11 desktop.

The icon pastes fine and stay there until the drive is accessed by a clone program. (SuperDuper!) After being accessed, the custom icon disappears and the generic hard drive icon returns. (The custom name does not change, thankfully.)

Any ideas about why this happens and how to correct it?

    Many thanks

ROBDUT  Yes-please make this compatible with leopard-it has been a mainstay of my user experience. Rob D  (Version 2.4)
