DESCRIPTION
Chandler is a Personal Information Manager (PIM) intended for use in everyday information and communication tasks, such as composing and reading email, managing an appointment calendar and keeping a contact list. Because of the ease with which Chandler users can share information with others, Chandler might be called the first Interpersonal Information Manager. The term PIM was first used in conjunction with the product Lotus Agenda in the 1980's. Chandler is the spiritual descendant of Agenda and has a common designer in Mitch Kapor.

TOM_BOVO  Chandler looks very promising. This could be a killer app IF stability and speed improve. I've been playing around with Chandler, and imported some iCal calendars--so far so good. Adding an event from within the app caused it to throw a bug. Creating an email from within the app threw a bug. My other issue is that overall its a little slow.

The layout concept of the dashboard, collections, and the triage table view will work for me, when the app truly works. Its billed as RC (release candidate), but I would say it feels more like a mid to late cycle beta version. Its getting there, but it ain't there yet!  (Version 1.0rc1)

COCOANUT  I like the idea of this...but the application won't load for me and is making my computer run very slow.   (Version 0.7.6)

ANON BUD  I've been waiting over fifteen minutes for this app to finish launching I am getting nothing, save for some very hefty cpu usage.

Looks like a loser to me, but what do I know? The d--- thing won't event launch!  (Version 0.7.6)
