THEBRYCEMAN  I love Euro Converter Pro and it is one of the few programs that runs all day on my Mac - I happily paid the shareware fee years ago. Apple's calculator is too clunky, and most other currency converters don't have the invaluable "QuicResults" feature for taxes etc. I sometimes use the Currency Converter widget as an alternative, but it doesn't have the drag-and-drop calculator features and QuickResults that I need. Having all the currencies and calculations at your finger tips is such a time saver.

For someone who travels regularly and does a lot of international transactions, Euro Converter Pro is fantastic. The 'PowerBook' keyboard feature is also useful as it helps when you don't have a numeric keypad on a small keyboard - although the latest MacBook Pros don't have the secondary numbers on their keyboards any more.

My only complaint is that the program is not Universal Binary, not a big issue as it is only a small program, and that the old 'brushed metal' interface needs an update. -- These are the only reasons why I don't give it 5 stars.

I appreciate that there has not been a program update for years, but hopefully the developer will find time to 'freshen up' this gem of a program.

FRANZ  dudes...

ALL this features are "built in" with our "modest" Calculator application... go to Convert menu --> Currency ...and choose!

Exist a lot of great features in Mac OSX applications!
