MARK_CAIRNS  Absolutely terrific, modern update to the old Fontographer we all used to use in the early 1990s.

Much more intuitive, easier to navigate, easier to play with... and easier to create OpenType for both Macs and PCs effortlessly. It all just works! I just converted an old problem Type 1 Postscript font I designed way back in the early days and it converted everything in the MacPro instantly, saved it out, dumped it into the management of Linotype Font Explorer and Quark 7 was using it 60 seconds later from start to finish. Awesome! How a Mac application should be.

Now bought and paid for. A steal at $99 bucks. Unless you're a professional typographer you'll only ever need this one if you're in the general design industry. Works faultlessly on Tiger OSX 10.4.11 on MacPro.  (Version 3.0)

GREGORGY  Mmmm - good to see that they have added OTF Post Script support to the "affordable" offering. I wonder why, though, in a new version increment (3 from 2.x) their is no mention of UB...

For $99 the feature-set competes with FontForge which is free but remains a beta, open-source, X11 challenge up to which many people are not.  (Version 3.0)
