SmallScreenX is a Cocoa version of the old "Small Screen" utility for the old Mac OS (written by Daniel Schaerer many years ago), SmallScreenX is an indispensable tool for simulating screens of lower resolutions. It is particularly handy for web design, to ensure websites are usable for users with small screens.

IVANOVITCH Still great, still free! The new dimming feature makes it even more useful: not just for web designers, but for people who want to highlight certain parts of their screen.
Rock solid, easy to use, though the ability to drag by all edges would be an added bonus - it takes some experimentation to discover that you can only drag by one section of the 'window frame.
CRISTIANA I just downloaded this, thinking I was going to download yet another bad app, but i was sorely mistaken. This is the best screen size testing utility I have ever used. This should be in every web developer's dock. (Version 2.1)
