ASMEURER  It's ironic that this game came on my new 17" iMac G5 and it doesn't support the native resolution of 1400x900. The least you could do it use the stretched resolutions instead of the one with the black bars on the sides.

BAD CYBORG  ASMEURER, you can try GooBall. It's a much less stressful game, since you can slime and stick to the surface, that way you don't go "out of bounds" when the spacebar key fails to respond in time. (And trust me, it happens way too frequently in this game to make it fun.) And at least GooBall allows you to select all the resolutions supported by iMac G5. And better, it's eyecandy heaven. Show it off to your Intel Mac friends, they can't run it! Hah! It's not UniBin.

ANONYMOUS  A great game - very very addicting, it runs fine on our system, apart from freezing sometimes on one of the levels. Really worth it, but hard to stop especially if you have work to do!

ANONYMOUS  This is a great game running on a great new engine. I would suggest those of you having problems take a look at your system and maybe do an update or two. Runs fine on my PBG4 on os 10.2.8. Also I have had no problems on any of my other 2 PMG4s which have been running 10.2.6 until just recently. It really bothers me when someone says something is buggy and it is just their system config that is the actual problem... A former Apple emp.

ANONYMOUS  Acutally there is a way to skip a level.

Control-click on Marble Blast application. Choose Show package contents. Now go to marble/client. Find a file called prefs.cs. Open it and look for something like $pref::QualifiedLevelAdvanced(Beginner,Custom,etc).. If you find 15 change to 16,20 to 21 and volia! You've skipped the level!

ANONYMOUS  Seek more hints for Marble Blast. (Am stuck on Beginners Level 8!!!) SHOULD Marble go over the edge? If so...nothing I do prevents it from landing in the drink...end of game. Huh?

ANONYMOUS  It's stable on three macs here, all 10.2.7. My kids are addicted, I'm trying to resist. Lots of fun. Sure would be nice to have a way to bypass levels though.

KEN  Crashes my powerbook G4 with 10.2.6 every time I open it. Looks like it would be great fun, but after having to reboot my computer every time I tried, I quit. You get what you pay for.

FRUSTRATED IBOOK USER  Yes, I'd love to try out this game, especially since Apple and GarageGames are giving it away free to all .Mac subscribers. Too bad it crashes every time I get passed the intro menu. Its very infuriating to have Apple promote buggy software.

LAURIE VAUGHAN  Apart from the challenge of this game, it is helping me to get over my vertigo.

I don't like having to master one level before moving on to another, I would like it if you could skip that level and come back to it later.

JOKER84  If you go to the level AFTER the one you are stuck on, and move your mouse to the far, far bottom-right hand corner of the Marble Blast window and click, it will unlock that level for you. A handy tip, but unfortunately you have to go one level at a time.

ANONYMOUS  Why does it sound like all of these reviews were written by the developer? It's truly a fun game, but the reviews take it to another level... gimme a break.
