Sync-Hole attempts to sync your quicktime movies by changing the framerate of sections of the video track(s), or changing the offset of the audio track. Every time you change the framerate, it (probably) makes the movie a little harder to play back for Quicktime, so try to make as few changes as possible to sync your movie. To clarify, the Anchors and the Edits are different. Entering a number to change the movie is an Edit. Adding anchors has no effect on the final movie (so add as many as you like). Also, removing all anchors does not make the movie snap back to the way it started (what it does is make the next Edit more...

I made an hour and a half tutorial with Snapz Pro but alas the audio and video didn't sync. I was devastated. I didn't want to learn editing software or hire someone. On a lark, I did a search and this software came up. I didn't expect much but it saved the day. Read the instructions carefully. I did it wrong the first time. After doing it the correct way, I had a perfectly synched QuickTime tutorial. And it took less than five minutes (doing it correctly after an hour of doing it incorrectly). Thanks so much for this software.

It's a great software! Why have they not updated it since 2003? It's really practical, simple... Good job!

If I had found this little gem sooner, it would have saved me over an hour of grief.

I had several *.flv files (Flash Streeming Videos) that I wanted to convert into quicktime videos for use on a DVD. FFmpeg (the command line version) was the only app that I found that did such a conversion. However, audio and video became unsynchronized by the end of each video.

In about 10 minutes, I resynched 10 video clips. Thanks to the author for a great little app that does what it advertises!
